​​Terms & Conditions of Entry

Entry to any Devious Adelaide event is contingent upon adherence to the following stipulations:

1. Presentation of your e-Ticket, either in print or on your mobile device, at the event entrance is mandatory for scanning prior to gaining admission. If you lack an e-Ticket, online registration is required before proceeding. Access to the event will only be granted to registered ticket holders for the designated session.

2. Prompt departure is expected if you remain within the event premises beyond the designated closing time. No entry will be permitted after the specified closing time without prior authorization from us.

3. We reserve the right to decline entry without providing an explanation, and we retain the authority to expel any individual whose behavior we deem disruptive, offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these conditions, without compensation.

4. Individuals displaying symptoms resembling a cold or flu, such as fever, cough, sore throat, elevated temperature, or general malaise, must refrain from entering the event. If such symptoms become evident while within the event space, we reserve the right to request immediate departure.

5. Adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, consumer protection protocols, and health mandates in effect on the specified date, time, and venue of the event is obligatory.

6. Photography, filming, video or audio recording, or transmission for commercial purposes within the event space necessitates prior written consent from us.

7. By attending the event, you consent to our capturing photographs and/or videos of you and those under your care. These images may be employed by us and parties approved by us for promotional purposes relating to the event, its amenities, products, and services.

8. Prohibition of weapons, controlled substances, dangerous items, or illegal substances within the event is strictly enforced. Bag searches may be conducted before admission or during the event.

9. The event may be canceled, interrupted, or terminated due to inclement weather, hazardous situations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such changes do not entitle you to make claims, except for a ticket to a replacement event if scheduled, or a refund of the ticket price if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.

10. Entry to the event is undertaken at your own risk, especially if participating in activities involving an element of risk. Adherence to signage and instructions is crucial for personal and others' safety.

11. You are liable for indemnifying us against all actions, claims, demands, costs, damages, or proceedings arising from your actions, or omissions within the event.

12. Compensation for costs incurred in repairing, reinstating, or replacing damaged facilities or equipment within the event will be required upon our request.

13. Upon our request and in accordance with government-mandated safety and welfare measures for attendees, you must provide your name, email, and contact number for enforcement of these conditions.
